Vaping and Driving
E-cigs are great to use in confined spaces because you are not exposing anybody sitting next to you to the harmful chemicals you’d find in tobacco cigarettes. But it’s important to be cautious when driving, whether it’s changing the radio station or sipping a drink, and vaping is no different. Staying in control of your vehicle is paramount whenever you are driving and vaping. You certainly wouldn’t want to fill tanks or change your battery or coils while you are driving. If you must, please pull over. But, you can still enjoy your favorite e-juice in your vaping device while keeping your eyes on the road.
If you are an Arizona resident like me, you might want to know that two AZ towns have ordinances that prohibit vaping in the car if there are children with you. Both Tempe and Kingman will charge you a $50 fine on the first offense and $100 on the next.
Vaping and Driving Reminders:
- Plan ahead when you want to vape and drive.
- Make sure that your battery is charged and your tank is full… yes, your e-cig tank too! 🙂
- It is most important to stay safe while driving, so pull over if you have to do anything that takes your attention from the road.
- Keep in mind local vaping ordinances to avoid issues or fines.
If you are driving in the Phoenix area and need any vaping supplies, stop in to see us at 4667 E. Cactus Rd. across from the Paradise Valley Mall or in Glendale at 19420 N. 59th Ave. #H-815 just south of the 101. Be safe out there and we’ll see you soon.
