What is a Pod Mod?
Pod systems, used primarily for vaping nic salt e-juices, have become increasingly popular in the last year due to their simplistic design and cigarette-like satisfaction they give smokers. Vape pods are electronic cigarettes that have disposable pods (most are refillable as well!) and have a combination of high resistance and low wattage features that make them ultra-portable. Pod mods are marketed as a starters kit.
Most pod mods, also referred to as pod vapes, vape pods, mini vapes or pod systems, were designed for smokers transitioning into vaping. Many smokers say they’re the best devices for quitting smoking, even more so than the original vape pens that many of you are familiar with.
The Pod Mod:
A pod mod is a mini vape comprised of a pod filled with e-juice that snaps into a small battery. Some will have power buttons but most are automatic (draw-activated) allowing smokers to easily transition to vaping as a fuss-free alternative.
Please note, when you choose a vaping device for nicotine salts, make sure that it’s not a high-wattage sub-ohm device. Nicotine salts have high nicotine strengths and are not made for high wattage sub-ohm devices due to the risks of ingesting excessive nicotine.
Want to know more about these pod systems?
